Basically, the Terms and Conditions are that we split all shipping costs as evenly as possible and keep them separate from the price of the discs themselves. For large orders, we can negotiate.
Terms and Conditions
These are all DVDs from my own personal collection. I'm not affiliated with any commerce and the discs are not "overstocks", stolen or otherwise. Some of the discs are screeners, but the vast majority of the listed titles are discs I've paid for out of my own pocket.
Within Canada, purchases will be shipped COD (including insurance for very big orders) to ensure both delivery and payment of the discs. The total shipping costs will be split 50-50 between seller and buyer. Normal delivery time by Canada Post between major centers is usually about a week.
For orders originating from the USA, I need to receive payment for the discs before I ship them out. The best payment option is by international money order which ensures the discs will be shipped out at or before I cash in the money order.
For multiple disc orders, each disc will be removed from it's original case and inserted in it's own individual CD sleeve. All discs will then be packaged together in a brown envelope and placed between the first and second DVD case in the shipping box to protect the discs against nasty accidents with X-acto knives.
All discs come with their original case and liner notes (includes MGM "collectable" booklets). In most cases, the Quebec "Régie du Cinéma" sticker is also included and affixed inside the case in the upper-right corner beside the disc. DVD catalogues, Dolby Digital explanation sheets and business reply forms have been thrown out long ago. Original stickers, collectable cards, extra liner notes and other optional items may be included with the discs, but are not guaranteed.
All discs come with a 30 day warranty covering physical defects and playback problems. The warranty period begins when I receive the payment for the discs. If there are any problems with any disc including undocumented player related bugs (I get them too), send me an e-mail describing the problem. If no immediate remedy can be found, you'll be asked to ship back the defective discs and a refund will be mailed to you in the form of a money order as soon as the defective discs arrive and the defect can be confirmed. If no defect can be confirmed, the discs will be shipped back to the buyer.
The shipping costs for the return of defective discs is the responsibility of the buyer. The costs of mailing the refund (including money order fees) is the responsibility of the seller. The total amount of the refund will be the total price of all returned discs. Shipping charges are non refundable.

However, I'm more likely to sell recent titles since I often lose interest in them rather quickly. Very few great movies are ever made these days, and even the supposed "great" ones don't necessarily have decent repeated viewing potential.

E-mail me which discs you would like to buy along with your full name and mailing address. The discs will be shipped COD the following weekend and a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you soon after. All sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be based on the timestamp of the received e-mails.
